OPEN FIELD FARM
Family-owned open field tomatoes grown in the rich soil of Nestani, Greece
Visit Our FarmWelcome to Terradomo, established in 2025 as a family-owned open field tomato farm located in the picturesque region of Nestani, Greece. Our name combines "terra" (earth) and "domo" (house), reflecting our philosophy that our farm is a home where we nurture the earth's gifts.
At Terradomo, we believe in traditional farming methods enhanced by sustainable practices. Our tomatoes grow under the abundant Greek sunshine, nourished by rich soil and pure water from the nearby mountains.
What sets our tomatoes apart is not just their vibrant color and firm texture, but the incredible depth of flavor that can only come from tomatoes allowed to ripen naturally on the vine. We grow several heirloom and local Greek varieties, each with their unique characteristics and culinary uses.
Our commitment to quality means we never use artificial ripening agents or excessive pesticides. We work with nature, not against it, resulting in tomatoes that taste the way they should – rich, sweet, and bursting with Mediterranean sunshine.
Our signature variety, these large, juicy tomatoes have been grown in Greece for generations. Perfect for authentic Greek salads and cooking.
Sweet and petite, our cherry tomatoes are bursting with flavor. Ideal for snacking, salads, or quick pasta dishes.
Meaty and less watery, these are the perfect choice for making sauces, pastes, and preserves with authentic Mediterranean flavor.
Terradomo is located in the beautiful village of Nestani in the Arcadia region of the Peloponnese, Greece. This area is known for its fertile soil, abundant sunshine, and clean mountain air – creating the perfect conditions for growing flavorful tomatoes.
Nestani is situated at the foot of Mount Oligyrtos, approximately 25 kilometers from Tripoli. The microclimate here, with warm days and cool nights, helps our tomatoes develop their exceptional taste.
Visitors are welcome during harvest season (typically June through September) to tour the farm, participate in tomato picking, and purchase fresh produce directly from us.
